Abstract
In order to ensure the supply chain information can flow to transfer the entire supply chain members need to evaluate the efficiency of information transmission. This paper constructs a supply chain information system user satisfaction evaluation index system, and establishes a comprehensive AHP fuzzy evaluation model based on customer satisfaction. A case study was finally made showing the effectiveness of the method.
