Abstract :
This paper proposes a highly efficient method to perform fault calculations. Although conventional methods are not so efficient since they require non-linear simultaneous equations to be analyzed several times, our method reduces these calculations by using the compensation principle. In this paper, a 5-node system is applied for a test calculation with our method. According to the results, the method shows nearly values enough for understanding the fault and resolved complications associated with calculation procedures of the conventional method.
