Abstract :
First , we discussed the inner connection between the Error-Correcting Codes (ECC) and the (k, n) Threshold Scheme, then revealed the sufficient and necessary condition and the specific techniques in building the (k, n) Threshold Scheme by (n, k) MDS code; And then we put forward the (k, n) Threshold Scheme based on Two-Dimensional code, gives several important Error-Correcting Codes Threshold Scheme theorem, at the same time gives the way to build the Threshold Scheme.
