Abstract :
The systematic effects from many active ingredients in Chinese medicine preparation are the highlight to evaluate curative effects and optimize the formula. The common design could get the ideal optimization. Qiliqiangxin(QLQX) capsule exerts its effects on chronic heart failure through cardiac and diuresis and dilating vessel. In our previous research 12 samples were obtained by water and alcohol extracting and macroporous resin purifying. The active sites were screened with the experiments of isolated frog heart and aorta perfusion and diuresis. The results suggested that W3, W4, E2, E3, E4 were major active sites. Here the LARS was adopted to design the experiment of heart failure in rats and optimize different index in the results. The study was to explore a novel method to optimize Chinese medicine formula.
