Abstract :
The knowledge sharing among learners in the e-learning process has been receiving increasing attention, while there are less empirical researches now. Our investigation-based research suggests that the key motivator of knowledge transmitting is achievement and the leading motivator of knowledge absorbing is growth. Knowledge transmitting mostly rely on the sense of affiliation in the group while knowledge absorbing mainly rely on toleration, affiliation and trust. The learners with more knowledge transmitting are usually companied with higher learning efficiency, and the one with more knowledge absorbing is companied with both learning efficiency and learning result.
