Abstract
Hunminjeongeum that was created in 1443 defines 28 basic sound elements and some rules composing syllables. With them, 39.9 billion syllabic characters can be generated. However now it is very difficult to express them on computer because large code field in Unicode cannot be reserved and also their font sets are not supported. In this paper, for an optimized design method of composing syllabic font set in previous works, we will implement the method and show its completeness in expressing 39.9 billion syllabic characters in multilingual character input environment such as word processors, text editors and web browsers.
