Abstract :
This paper provides a conceptual model of citizen adoption of G2C e-government, based on technology acceptance model and IS success model, and combined with the three levels of e-government development, i.e., the static level, interaction level and transaction level. It emphasizes the dynamics of e-government development, as well as the combination of perception of the system usage and system quality. It could become the theoretical basis for the empirical research of the factors for citizen adoption of e-government in the future.
