Abstract :
Presently, China coal mine safety situation is grim. One of important reasons is inadequacy of the safety investment. Safety investment prediction can provide the decision basis for the effective control and guidance of safety investment. The paper analyzed the impact factors of the coal mine safety investment, built the prediction model of coal mine safety investment based on wavelet neural network. Finally, it adopted the investigation data of a mine in Huainan, which proved the method is feasible and effective.
