Marine mammals show a unique sound the species concerned personal identity and certain behavior, automatic identification. Marine mammals become interesting and important seeking freedom acoustic surveys, wide range animals in their natural habitat. This paper studies the voice of mammals. At that time, the traditional model of the stability of the hearing voices cannot be used emphasis is placed on auditory perceptual model of transient sounds. The main idea is the method using STFT decomposition .According to the signal change, the maximum power time-frequency domain, and then calculates the specific loudness of the time-frequency domain according to more recently revised the model. Finally, the specific loudness time frequency is to obtain the number of domain names minke whales from the two kinds of sound.
