Abstract :
Management Information System (MIS) plays very important role in the production, sale and management of modern enterprises. With the enlargement of enterprise scale and emergency of new enterprise mode, it is difficult for the traditional MIS to meet the complex application requirements of modern enterprises. Aim at the management problem of network enterprise, the paper discusses the broad sense and narrow sense concept and its characters. Then the problems of schedule control management, cost control management and quality supervision and management were analyzed in detail. Then the technology of Web Service was introduced to build the MIS framework of network enterprise to execute project management, which not only implements the above discussed management problems, but also provide novel solution method and idea for the construction of similar MIS.
