            Abstract : 
Aiming at improving the accuracy of identifying pin attribute of unknown logic device, the paper analyses the signal timing relationship and signal logic corresponding relationships. A method, which is comprised of identifying algorithm and amending algorithm based on time-delay field, is proposed. The experimental results show that the method can improve the correct rate of the identifying pin attribute.
