Abstract :
An important branch of information fusion of multi-sensor image fusion technology has become one of the hot researches. In order to better realize, this paper presents a new algorithm which is based on NSCT and PCNN fusion. First, the image is decomposed using NSCT, and then select the integration algorithm using PCNN coefficient, resulting in higher quality of fused image. Experimental results show that this is a good method of fusion effects. It makes some details more clearly evident when compared with the original clear images.
