Notice of Retraction

Based on a brief introduction about the significance of national electrical safety supervision, this paper studies on early warning system of China´s electrical safety supervision, constructs 18 secondary indicators for the level indicators including security protection, scene control and environmental support, and establishes China´s electrical safety supervision early warning system by using early warning management, safety science, complexity science and relevant disciplines methods and theories.
