Abstract :
This paper discusses the definition of e-learning (Electronic Learning) at first. And then, reviews e-learning´s application, especially provides the practices. Thirdly, some issues in e-learning are also discussed, including: Pedagogical Elements, Pedagogical Approaches or Perspectives, Communication Technologies Used in E-learning and Exploring new Approaches. Finally, forecasts and analyses the e-learning 2.0.
