Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to develop a conceptual model for continuance usefulness of e-government services. The model uses theories from network externalities and expectation-confirmation theory. It integrates constructs of perceived number of user, which come from network externalities, into Expectation-Confirmation Model. Conclusion is in the end.
