Organization Construction of the Knowledge Innovation Network Involving Industry-Academia-Research

In terms of role orientation, relationship strength, network density, network location and hierarchy,this paper designs the organization structure of the knowledge innovation network involved in Industry-Academia-Research (IAR). The structure design is as following: orientation of seeking common development in forging uniqueness, network pattern of co-exists within the relationship between the strong and the weak, network pattern of rich structure within the dense outer sparse hole, network pattern centered on enterprises, and a common concern about personal, organizational, network and social network hierarchy.
