Abstract :
In order to speed up construction of rural information, build a TD-SCDMA-based framework for rural information service system. System design and build using the TD-SCDMA system is stable, low cost, highly interactive and so on. The analysis of the status of rural information after the problem on the construction of research, designed by the Government, TD-SCDMA operators, service organizations and farmers in rural areas of the system as the main framework, clearly defined system of basic functions of each of the main departments, and has been applied in Chongqing. To develop the rural information service system, give full play to mobile communication technology expertise to "triple play" benefits "Agriculture" to help build a new countryside.
