Abstract :
Project bidding has been carried out more than ten years in China, the bidding market has made great achievements, but there are still some problems, such as high incidence of corruption in the bidding area, collusive tendering among the bidders. Combined with international advanced experience, the paper analyzed the current situation in bidding, and pointed out that e-tender can largely solve the existing problems, and set up the bidding platform model, also analyse the main problems need to improve.
