Abstract :
The images, in high-throughput genome sequencing of sequencing by synthesize, consist of A, C, G, T base fluorescence images, and the fluorophore emission spectra partially overlap, which causes cross-talk problem. This paper presents a method of correlation analysis, construct the calibration matrix to eliminate interference of the fluorophore. The experiment result shows the method provided in this article is effective to correct cross-talk influence, and get the deconvolution of the clusters signal.
