Abstract :
In Multi-view Video Coding scheme, view random access is an important performance to evaluate an encoding scheme´s interactivity. An enhanced scheme of Multi-view Video Coding (MVC) was proposed, which based on the analysis and experiments of current MVC coding scheme. The proposed scheme by means of length decrease of hierarchical B pictures GOP (temporal layer) to improve view random access. Experiments show that the enhanced scheme with more performance of view random access under slightly lower of PSNR.
