Research on Evaluation Index System of Entrepreneurial Team Training Mode

By the research on evaluation index system of entrepreneurial team training mode, we carry on the direct analysis of reasonableness of training mode, so that it can promote the development of entrepreneurial team training mode and improve the competitiveness of the organization. This paper starts at domestic and foreign research status, and analyzes the dynamic mechanism of entrepreneurial team through causality, in order to refine the capability and diathesis in formation of the entrepreneurial team members; the main part is focused on setting up evaluation index system by use of the required capability and diathesis such as entrepreneurial dynamic mechanism, organizational management capabilities and objectives, using AHP method to calculate weight number, and verify its consistency; and finally, it carries on the comparative analysis of the samples through index system, then verifies rationality of index system.
