Abstract :
This paper presents a systematic procedure to establish the mathematical model of a SOFC (solid oxide fuel cell) power plant integrated in a multi-machine power system for power system small-signal stability analysis and control. Then, an example four-machine power system integrated with a SOFC power plant is presented. The example demonstrates the modal analysis and non-linear simulation results, which confirms the linearized model of the whole power system integrated with the SOFC power plant proposed in the paper.
