Abstract :
Optimised operating conditions of SOA intensity modulators enable the colourless adaptively modulated optical OFDM (AMOOFDM) transmitters, which support >30 Gb/s AMOOFDM signal transmission over 60 km IMDD SMFs without optical amplification and chromatic dispersion compensation.
