Abstract :
The phylogenetic tree´s generation is a complicated process, including data extraction, multiple sequences alignment, data editing & cleaning, data formats converting, tree reconstruction, tree visualization, etc. The process is fixed and carried out by calling a mass of third-party applications. To integrate these applications effectively, this paper introduces a solution to integrated phylogenetic tree´s generation based on web. And the solution has been successfully applied to the project PALPP to assist in gene sequence analysis of land plant.
