Abstract :
In this issue, the effect of toluene diisocyanate on the mice blood secrum was studied to discuss its mechanism of EOS infiltration and conglomeration, which was the emblematical character of vocational asthma. Effects of TDI on the mass concentrations of IL-4, IL-5 in mice serum and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor was observed by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). This article provided a solid scientific theory for the determination of the safe or accepted amount of TDI in environment, and did favor to the evaluation of its health sick, ecological risk and the confirmation of relative environment law.
