  • Abstract
Through the varieties of the injection pressure, pulse duration and jet ventilation for cartridge-type filter under the constant classification frequency and system induced air volume, the resistance of cartridge-type filter, the resistance of classifier and the collected particle size distribution were studied. The influences of pulse cleaning on the system stability were analyzed. The results indicate that: (1) Resistance losses of cartridge-type filter are higher than those of classifier. And the resistance loss curve of classifier is relatively gentle. This is that at the transient of pulse cleaning the gas disturbance has great impact on filter. But the pulse time is short and transfer of gas disturbance needs some time. So the resistance loss of classifier is relatively small because the duct and reverse gas flow hinder the pressure fluctuation. (2) Prolonged pulse duration can not improve the cleaning effect under the unchanged pulse device. The increased injection pressures contribute to cleaning. (3) At the transient of pulse cleaning, the jet ventilation result in the change of whole system air volume. The partially fine and coarse will appear because the cut-point diameter classifier is changed.
