Abstract
Through analyzing the dust characteristics and operating status, combining with electrode matching experiments and simulation condition test, this paper has carried out performance renovation on a three-fields wire-plate type electrostatic precipitator(ESP) for 4# boiler of 6MW generator set by using Five Stages Electrostatic Precipitation Technology(FSEP), which has deduced dust emission from 130mg/Nm3 to 47.5mg/Nm3 and maintained stable operation without changing the electric fields and cross-sectional area of original equipment. That has demonstrated its good application prospect.
