Abstract :
This work deals with the development of new processing techniques to estimate both translational and rotational motion components of vehicles from high resolution radar images. The different techniques proposed in this work make different use of prior knowledge in terms of target RCS database and of the possible presence of accurate GPS measurements. The effectiveness of the proposed techniques are demonstrated by application to an emulated trajectory based on MSTAR images.
