Abstract :
Hospitals as health care center should develop effective scheduling approaches of operation rooms to reduce cost and improve patients´ satisfactions. This paper propose a two-stage scheduling approach of operation rooms. The fist stage deals with operations assignment problem by formulating a mixed integer programming and the second stage considers operations scheduling problem in a particular operation room by a multi-agent system. Contrasting the existing approaches, our research extends into the dynamic scheduling with uncertain operation time.
