Abstract :
Knowledge-based staff and the general staff in performance management are very different, knowledge-based employee performance evaluation more complicated, greater uncertainty. Enterprises in the development of performance standards, are often unable to maintain its dynamic consistency, easy to make knowledge workers to the entire cast doubt on the performance of the evaluation process, thus weakening their passion for work, is finally unable to achieve the desired performance management results. This paper uses game theory analysis of the relevant knowledge proof of knowledge workers to maintain performance standards for the necessity of dynamic consistency, and performance evaluation of maintaining dynamic consistency recommendations.
