Abstract
The paper proposes an approach to model the uncertain and vague requirements information of the C4ISR capability requirements. It suggests that C4ISR requirements elicitation be initiated with capability meta concept framework (CMCF) construction according to the Meta-Model of DoDAF. With the semantic confinement of CMCF, the approach extends the Fuzzy-UML and declares a C4ISR domain-specific modeling language (C4ISR DSL). Compared with classic UML and Fuzzy-UML, the C4ISR DSL is more specialized in C4ISR domain knowledge elicitation and reuse. The experiment shows the modeling language can better express both precise and vague concepts of the C4ISR capability model.
