Abstract :
The article describes the simulator of the reception portion of single photon communication line used in cryptography. The simulator is designed for investigation of parameters and characteristics of semiconductor photodetectors in the Geiger mode of operation. The program allows selecting the optimal operation mode of the detector based on a specific type of photodiode.
