  • Abstract
    This in order to overcoming the disadvantages of the traditional precision locating system, this paper shows A precision locating System Driven by VCM(Voice Coil Motor). The coupling characteristics of the mechanical and electrical systems of the locating is thoroughly analyzed, and the transfer function model is founded. The three predictive compensation method is used to cut down the error of the locating, and the fuzzy predictive compensation is experimented to be best.
