Benefits Sharing of University-Enterprise Innovation Platform

University-enterprise Innovation Platform (IEIP), an important part of National System of Science Innovation, always fails in practice because of the stakeholders´ identities, diversities of benefits, benefits sharing, etc. which blocks the development of the platform. The paper analyzes the connotation and forms of the benefits and brings about the principles and probes into the models for the sharing, which are of great significance for the stable and long-term collaboration between university and enterprise.
