Thinking and Suggestion on Promoting the Trade of SO_2 Pollution Right

Sulfur dioxide is a kind of poisonous and harmful gas, and will pollute atmosphere environment if exhaust it directly. There are a lot of treatment methods so far. In this paper, it summarizes the main ideas and main characteristics, as well as the necessity for carrying out the discharge right which is used to solve the sulfur dioxide pollution and proposes the design logos of SO₂ pollution discharge right in accordance with China´s national conditions.
