Abstract

All enterprise management business processes are reflected in BOM, and operated through BOM. How to effectively express product BOM structure, and to apply BOM management techniques to adapt products to the high demand of quality are pivotal to successful business operation. This paper studies data organization and management of BOM through various stages of business operations, proposes a unified BOM skeleton model, achieves automatic conversion of BOM to ensure consistency, and provides a unified BOM method and technique for enterprise production management business process integration.
