  • Abstract
    In infinite dimensional Hilbert space,the positive operator solutions to the operator equation X + A* X-t A = I(0 <; t <; 1) are studied. Some necessary conditions and sufficient conditions for the existence of positive operator solutions to the equation are given. Also, the rang of the positive operator solutions is established.
