    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

    Many obstacles exist in the practice of teaching students of management department, such as students´ less management experience, full-aspect and none-emphases textbooks. Based on constructivism, the paper proposed a new method for teaching management skill: simulative constructivism. It is assisted by computer, putting students under the management simulative circumstance, letting them construct their knowledge frame through simulative experience. By teachers´ instruction, our method can make students accumulate management experiences and skills quickly and understand the contents of textbooks easily.
