Abstract :
This paper first introduces modeling theory of GM (1,1) grey equidimensional filling vacancies, and establishes GM (1,1) grey forecasting model of equidimensional filling vacancies by using power demand load of Shan Dong Province from 2004 to 2011, then forecasts power load demand of Shan Dong Province in 2012 and 2013 for two years. When compared with the actual electricity load, that grey forecasting model of equidimensional idling vacancies has high accuracy in long-term power load forecasting.
