Abstract :
Based on an introduction to customer relationship management´s role in maintaining existing customers and acquiring new customers, this paper presents the core element of establishing a long-term, stable and reciprocal relationship with targeted customers by meeting individualized requirements and exercising customer care. Under the direction of this philosophy, MapGIS K9 platform and Oracle 9i database software are used for the design and development of customer relationship management system (CRMS)so as to provide the management with functions of decision support such as customer information, marketing and services.
