Abstract :
Photovoltaic applications are increasing rapidly, thus, an accurate photovoltaic module modeling is requested in order to allow photovoltaic plants simulations. This paper presents a mathematical modeling to describe numerically photovoltaic modules and arrays, taking into account the radiation and temperature effects on output voltage, current and power. A comparison between simulation and experimental results are presented, considering the Kyocera KC200GT module data-sheet information.
