After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

As we know, design of learning activities is indispensable to the teachers of online course and how to improve the effectiveness of online learning has become the central concern of many people. In this paper, we introduced the comparative study method to make a full analysis on the group two\´s activity- "the chapter of tools-the tools for the application of the online education". Finally we discuss that the case analysis of ??teacher-in-role?? group learning activities in the online course of application of online education based on Web2.0.
