Abstract :
ET-based water resource management mainly includes ET-based water resource management and ET-based monitoring of water resources. ET-based (Evapotranspiration) water resources allocation determines regional consumable water through regional water balance analysis; in the process of regional water resources allocation, water consumption is taken as the main allocation object, and through the strict control of water consumption the sustainable development of water resources is achieved, and this model is applied in Beijing. ET-based water resource monitoring decomposes the regional ET, builds regional ET control targets, sub-categories to monitor the value of ET in order to achieve the most stringent water resource management.
