Abstract
This paper deals with the challenges and opportunities opened by the advent of Nanothecnologies for regulating the interaction between Electromagnetic Fields and Biosystems with unprecedented flexibility and specificity. In particular, the exploitation of Magnetic Nanoparticles in Magnetic Field Hyperthermia and Microwave Imaging is discussed, as well as their possible use for remotely powering and controlling nanomachines.
