Abstract :
With more and more attention devoted to the management of losing customers in mobile communication, how to estimate the detain-value of customers has become a problem, and whether the detain policy can bring revenue or not is also very important. In this paper, the author puts forward three detainable tactics of customers after explaining the definition of losing customers and analyzing the reasons. Then a detain-value model of the mobile losing customers in communication has been advanced. The model is affirmed by the data, which can provide a scientific support for the rational resources distribution and the maximum output.
