Abstract
Plane wave scattering of electromagnetic waves on the fluctuations of dielectric penetration of media concentrated near the surface of a cone of revolution is investigated. Three types of diagram of over-radiation of inhomogeneous turbulence are considered-isotropic, Lambert and quasi-mirror. Analytic expressions and numerical results for the frequency spectrum and radar cross section of signal scattering on an conical turbulent flow are given. These results may be used for interpretation of experimental data on scattering of electromagnetic waves on expanded turbulent flows.
