This paper provides opinions on course equivalency of Sino-Foreign cooperation in running education programs in the model of "two campus" based on practical experiences and argues about how to seek common grounds while maintaining differences to save students\´ time and energy and how to solve problems existing in curriculum equivalency on the premise of optimizing the allocation of educational resources. And it is considered that high-quality Chinese-foreign cooperation in running education programs offers not only good educational resources for students to benefit but also should be made use of by Chinese schools in time of education reform. Schools should apply advanced concepts, systems and models of schooling learned from overseas universities to practical issues like curriculum setting. Thus, they can raise their overall educational level and increasing its domestic and international status.
