Distance education shifts from traditional educational methods stand out as another form of educational services system gradually. This based on the perspective of service concept, combined with the fluctuations of universities distance education services demand and supply capacity to analyze the situation that the fluctuations of universities distance education services demand and the relative stability of supply of long-distance education is the root causes leading to university difficult to balance the supply and demand of university distance education, thereby, based on this, give the countermeasures and suggestions of balancing the supply and demand of university distance learning.
