Abstract :
Service computing has emerged as a primary platform for packaging and delivering computing and information technology to various enterprises ranging from business to governments and organizations. In recent years we have witnessed many emerging standards and industrial developments in the area of service computing. At the same the IEEE International Conference on Web Services and the IEEE International Conference on Services Computing have become the premier conferences in the services computing landscape since their inception in 2003, attracting participants from more than 20 countries in America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
