Abstract :
This paper demonstrate the reform of software engineering talent cultivation which satisfies the educational goals for personal, interpersonal and system building skill that are codified in the CDIO syllabus. The reform of the software engineering talent cultivation based on CDIO enable students master a deep working knowledge of technical fundamentals, lead in the creation and operation of new products and systems and understand the importance and strategic value of their future research work.
